全球疫情持續(xù)升溫,多個國家進(jìn)入了疫情防控的緊張階段。疫情之下經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢也不容樂觀,美股熔斷,暴跌30000億、亞歐洲股市亦遭重創(chuàng),悉數(shù)大跌、姐夫一天損失七十億......
疫情之下的跨境賣家雖已基本復(fù)工,但仍有面臨供應(yīng)鏈中斷、物流漲價、進(jìn)入淡季銷量大不如前的困擾。這一兩個月以來,有不少跨境賣家都集中精力售賣防疫物資,尤其是口罩。
不少口罩賣家表示賬戶被亞馬遜警告存在停用風(fēng)險,需要寫行動計劃。
這些賣家都是因為高價銷售或者產(chǎn)品沒有資質(zhì)而被警告的。其實這都算懲罰較輕的!
有的賣家就直接收到了亞馬遜封賬號的通知
申訴機(jī)會判斷
店鋪都已經(jīng)關(guān)了,什么原因是次要的,關(guān)鍵在于“能不能解封?”
首先可以說明的是,因為違反公平定價原則而關(guān)店的,基本都可以解封,除非是申訴次數(shù)太多導(dǎo)致錯失機(jī)會或者重復(fù)關(guān)店導(dǎo)致。其次,因為違反限制銷售或者禁止銷售條例而關(guān)店的,要分情況討論:
如果通知郵件中明確列出提供行動計劃,則可以申訴;
如果通知郵件中沒有說要提供行動計劃,而且說明要提供證據(jù)證明沒有違規(guī),則申訴機(jī)會渺茫,解封難度極大 違反公平定價如何申訴 兩種策略,根據(jù)不同的原因選擇不同的申訴策略。如果產(chǎn)品定價并不高,而且產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量優(yōu)異采購成本本來就高,而且有真實的采購單或者發(fā)票 申訴策略就是指出亞馬遜關(guān)店不合理,一條一條列出理由:
(1)中國國內(nèi)大部分生成廠家被政府征用,市場上供不應(yīng)求,價格本來就比平常高出50%以上;Because of most manufacturers in China are requisitioned by the government, which leads the market is in short supply, and the price is more than 50% higher than usual.
(2)由于航空物流管制,導(dǎo)致物流成本急速攀升,當(dāng)前的物流成本比平常高出40%;Due to the aviation logistics control, the logistics costs have risen rapidly, and it is 40% higher than usual;
(3)由于疫情影響,口罩生產(chǎn)原料價格激增,而且中國國內(nèi)工人未完全復(fù)工,人員成本上漲,最終導(dǎo)致口罩生產(chǎn)成本比平時高出60%以上;Due to the impact of the epidemic, the price of raw materials for face mask production has increased sharply, besides, the workers in China have not fully resumed, resulting in the production cost of face masks being more than 60% higher than usual;
(4)為了美國消費(fèi)者的利益,我們采購的KN95口罩是具有非常高的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),有CE, FDA安全認(rèn)證,質(zhì)量在同類產(chǎn)品中處于頂端,采購價格也比普通口罩高出30%以上;For the benefit of American consumers, we only purchase the very high standards KN95 face masks, which are approved by the CE and FDA safety certifications. Compared other face masks in the market, we can sure that our quality is at the top , so, the purchase price is more than 30% higher than ordinary masks. 申訴信完成后,我又附上了采購單和發(fā)票,證明確實成本高昂
如果產(chǎn)品定價確實虛高。那么最好是在亞馬遜還給你改過自新的機(jī)會的時候乖乖承認(rèn)錯誤,保證不再違反。那么,什么情況是違反公平定價原則的呢?
亞馬遜是這樣規(guī)定的:
• 為商品設(shè)置會誤導(dǎo)買家的參考價;
• 為商品設(shè)置過高的價格,使其明顯高于亞馬遜提供的當(dāng)前價格;
• 銷售同一商品時,多件銷售的價格比單件銷售時高。
• 為商品設(shè)置過高的運(yùn)費(fèi)。怎樣申訴這一類違反公平定價的呢?
首先,承認(rèn)錯誤。
(1)我不了解亞馬遜對于公平定價的相關(guān)規(guī)定,導(dǎo)致給產(chǎn)品設(shè)置了明顯不合理的價格;I don’t understand Amazon ’s policy on Fair Pricing, which resulted in obviously unreasonable prices for products
(2)或者,運(yùn)營人員因為操作失誤,不小心錯誤設(shè)置了過高的價格;Due to the occasional operation error, my employee set excessively high price mistakenly.
其次,說明解決措施。
(1)我立即刪除了所有錯誤的報價,并且設(shè)置了一個合理的價格;I immediately deleted all ASINs with wrong price, and set a reasonable price.
(2)通過重新學(xué)習(xí)亞馬遜對于公平定價的準(zhǔn)則,我現(xiàn)在非常了解該如何給產(chǎn)品設(shè)置合理的價格;By learning Amazon ’s policy for fair pricing again, now I totally understand how to set reasonable prices for products.
最后,說明預(yù)防措施。
(1)以后發(fā)布產(chǎn)品前,我將嚴(yán)格檢查產(chǎn)品說明,包括產(chǎn)品價格,圖片,標(biāo)題等等;Before releasing the product in the future, I will strictly check the product description, including product price, pictures, title, etc.
(2)定期閱讀亞馬遜規(guī)則,保證時刻知曉亞馬遜對于賣家的相關(guān)規(guī)定,保證不犯類似的錯誤;I will read Amazon ’s policy regularly to ensure that I am always aware of Amazon Seller Code , and I promise that I will not make similar mistakes again in the future
